Today the Check-In for Checkups program begins.

Each time someone goes to the website and "checks-in" that they achieved a salubrious habit, a 10 cent donation to the Children's Health Fund is made by Clorox.

The Children'southward Wellness Fund runs mobile health clinics all over the country to requite a medical home to children who wouldn't have one otherwise.   Several of these mobile wellness clinics are right here in Dallas.

My goal this summer is to feed my kids good for you snacks.   I have found that they are much more likely to gobble upwardly salubrious food when presented in a snack vs. meal.   I don't sympathize it, merely am going to attempt to have full advantage of it this summer.
